Job Description
- Develop and implement programs to engage and support driver partners.
- Communicate with drivers to address their concerns, provide assistance, and gather feedback.
- Organize events and training sessions to improve driver satisfaction and performance.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure driver needs are met.
- Monitor driver performance and provide feedback to help them succeed on the platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in driver relations, community management, or customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships and engage with a large driver network.
- Experience in the transportation or ride-hailing industry is a plus.
