Job Description
- Develop and execute online driver acquisition strategies to achieve hiring targets- Manage and optimize digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other online platforms
- Lead and manage the Driver Recruitment Telesales team to maximize lead conversion
- Monitor campaign performance, cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion metrics to improve ROI
- Build acquisition funnels and continuously optimize candidate journeys from lead generation to onboarding
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Recruitment teams to ensure a healthy driver pipeline
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in online customer/driver acquisition, growth marketing, or performance marketing
- Experience managing digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Experience leading telesales or inside sales teams is highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance and conversion data
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Experience in ride-hailing, logistics, fintech, or other high-volume acquisition environments is a plus
