Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Online Canvassing & Lead Generation
- Canvassing to identify potential driver candidates through:
- Reach out to potential candidates to introduce GSM program.
- Collect and record qualified leads from potential driver candidates.
- Follow up with leads to assess their interest in joining the program.
2. Candidate Registration Support
- Assist candidates during the registration process.
- Ensure all required candidate information and documents are complete.
- Provide guidance to candidates regarding the onboarding process.
- Coordinate registration schedules with the Driver Acquisition team.
3. Interview Coordination
- Arrange interview schedules for potential driver candidates.
- Conduct initial screening to ensure candidates meet basic requirements.
- Send reminders to candidates regarding their interview schedules.
- Support the team during the interview process when needed.
4. Data Administration & Reporting
- Input candidate data into the system or tracking sheet.
- Ensure all leads and candidate data are regularly updated.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports covering:
- Number of leads generated
- Number of registrations completed
- Number of candidates interviewed
- Maintain accurate and well-organized data records
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with new people.
- Interest in recruitment, sales, or canvassing activities.
- Ability to approach and engage potential candidates both online and offline.
- Basic administrative skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented with good data management skills.
- Good follow-up skills and basic negotiation ability.
- Target-driven with high motivation to achieve goals.
- Willing to work in a mobile/field-based environment if required.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is a plus (not mandatory).
