Job Description
- Perform search & reference process of Direct Labor data bank
- Perform selection to fulfill new Direct Labor requests and GS (in coordination with Service Operation Head).
- Record every reward and punishment of Direct Labor
- Reporting the performance of the Direct Workforce to the Service Operation Head
- Conduct visits (inspections) to Direct Workers in implementing SMART Driver standards
- Mentoring the Direct Workforce
- Pooling or collecting Direct Labor contracts at locations and customers
- Reporting every VOC to Service Operation Head
- Conduct customer visits and calls
- Monitoring Direct Labor data due for Refreshment Training and reporting to DMS Coordinator
- Reporting and assisting the handling of Direct Labor accidents on site (if possible)
- Monitoring the registration and deactivation of basic benefits of Direct Workers (BPJS Kesehatan & Jamsostek)
Requirements
- Minimal Associate Degree of All Major
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Max age 35 years old
- Willing to be placed in all DMS representative offices
- Willing to participate during the program
