Job Description
- Manage and maintain relationships with ERA Surabaya and other local partners in Surabaya and Bandung.
- Conduct training sessions and provide regular updates related to selling Vidio subscriptions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Supervise and manage two Sales Representatives.
- Ensure KPIs are met, including sales targetsორცი, number of visits, and acquisition of new partners/agents.
- Support the Marketing team during events held in Surabaya and Bandung.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales.
- Proficient in Sundanese (for Bandung placement).
- Proficient in Javanese (for Surabaya placement).
- Currently domiciled in Bandung or Surabaya.
- Female candidates are preferred.
