Job Description

  • Provide leadership and support to 6-7 area managers overseeing 38-40 outlets, focusing on district-wide profitability optimization, including meeting EBITDA targets and improving operational efficiency.
  • Exhibits leadership in instilling a customer-centric culture, ensuring consistent satisfaction across outlets.
  • Skilled in aligning the efforts of multiple teams towards common goals, fostering a cohesive work environment.
  • Exhibits leadership in driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resource utilization and reduce waste.
  • Exhibits proficiency in improving processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring scalability.
  • Exhibits proficiency in developing and executing inventory management strategies to optimize inventory turnover and minimize carrying costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the F&B or retail industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role such as Area Manager or similar positions.
  • Proficient in Excel, Proficient in Data Analytics.
  • Communication Skill, Time Management Skill, Leadership Skill, Problem-solving Skill, Teamwork Skill, Analytical Skill, Project Management Skill.
