Job Description
- Memeriksa dan menangani permohonan jadwal dari pelanggan yang diterima melalui WhatsApp, telepon, atau sistem internal perusahaan.
- Memastikan seluruh administrasi untuk pengiriman keesokan harinya (H+1) disiapkan dengan baik dan lengkap paling lambat 12 jam sebelum jadwal pengiriman.
- Mengisi dan memperbarui data pengiriman untuk setiap pelanggan untuk mendapatkan estimasi dan rincian waktu pengiriman yang actual.
- Berkoordinasi dengan pelanggan untuk memastikan seluruh administrasi pengiriman telah dilengkapi dan sesuai dengan permintaan mereka.
- Memastikan data profil pelanggan diisi dengan lengkap dan menyiapkan laporan hasil profiling per pelanggan.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1. Fresh graduate dipersilahkan untuk melamar.
- Menguasai penggunaan Google Maps dan StreetView untuk perencanaan rute.
- Kemampuan komunikasi baik, dapat koordinasi dengan tim internal dan eksternal.
- Memahami supply chain dan perencanaan jadwal, serta prioritas kapabilitas pabrik.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shifting.
- Terbisa dalam MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) dan Google Suites.
