Job Description
- Lead digital and integrated marketing strategy formulation for region and direct the team in creating initiatives to achieve business goals /KPI and grow revenue
- Develop and present strategies and results to senior leadership throughout the region
- Secure hotel engagement as the Key point of contact for regional operations leadership, hotel general managers and owners to ensure best-in-class hotel recruitment, in-hotel member experience, programs benefit compliance, reporting and overall participation in Accor loyalty and membership programs and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Master Degree from Marketing, Digital Marketing, Loyalty
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft applications especially Excel and Power point
- Excellent English written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Savvy in digital marketing, media technologies
- Analytical skills, able to present conclusions and make recommendations
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Revenue and commercially focused & be able to implement strategies to support hotels
- Customer centric and loyalty minded
- Interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all stakeholders and levels of employees
