- Responsible for managing a small team (minimum 6 people), and making sure they can hit the weekly goals.

- Good work ethic (good in daily KPI starts from the presentation, closing, and SU)
- Take responsibility, highly motivated, high initiative, proactive in develop the member to the next level of career path
- Problem solving minded
- Able to motivate and lead a small meeting with the team (able to set goals, set directions)
- Able to diagnose the team member, give some feedback about them and suggestions.
- Able to train people and promote them to leadership roles, and also in charge to train the new DDC.
