Job Description

You will support the digital strategy and growth efforts for our F&B Brand Client. You are responsible for implementing digital initiatives by identifying opportunities across the user lifecycle, designing measurable experiments, and supporting performance optimization through data-driven tactics.

This role requires collaborative work with Strategy, Creative, and the Client’s Sales teams to assist in activation, retention, and scaling business value.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Monitor Growth Initiatives: Look after the integrated digital strategies for our F&B Brand Client, combining digital channels and any of the Client’s offline activations to help increase Revenue and Market Share.
  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze the end-to-end customer journey from Awareness all the way to Acquisition—identifying leakages and opportunities to maximize conversion rates, as well as Retention and Referral (Bottom of Funnel).
  • Performance Coordination: Coordinate with the Ads Ops team on the performance of digital advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads). Your focus is on tactical performance management and monitoring metrics such as, among others, lead-generationm MQL rate, ROAS, and CPA.
  • ⁠360° Campaign Ideation: Conceptualize and plan marketing campaigns that bridge the digital and physical world. This includes strategies for Seasonal Menus (e.g., Ramadan, Year-End), Event Tap-ins, and offline community support.
  • Channel Alignment: Help maintain a cohesive brand narrative across touchpoints, ensuring social media content aligns with the Client’s sales focus and product value.
  • Trend & Competitor Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor movements to provide actionable recommendations for product innovation and content angles.
  • ⁠Experimentation Culture: Plan, execute, and evaluate continuous A/B testing experiments to find the most impactful content formulas and distribution strategies.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze audience behavior, content performance, and conversion metrics to generate actionable insights and data-led recommendations.
  • Dashboard & Reporting: Monitor performance across dashboards (via Looker Studio/GA4, among others) and conduct data-based analysis to be reported to key stakeholders.
  • Lifecycle Support: Assist in developing user segmentation and CRM campaigns to support repeat orders and client loyalty.
  • Liaison & Coordination: Work with external vendors for Website and SEO to ensure technical deliverables meet project requirements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact between marketing data and creative teams to ensure visual assets align with strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Digital Strategy, Performance Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
  • Professional Experience: A background in digital user acquisition and supporting business scaling initiatives.
  • ⁠Technical Skills: Proficiency in Digital Campaigns and Activations alike, SEO & Organic Growth (including across Socials), Funnel Analysis, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and Paid User Acquisition.
  • ⁠Analytics Proficiency: Capable of interpreting complex data (including but not limited to GA4, Ad Reports) and translating them into simple, actionable business strategies. 
  • ⁠Soft Skills: High adaptability, persuasive communication, cross-functional collaboration, and effective time management
  • ⁠Business Acumen: Deep understanding of how marketing activities directly impact the company's profitability and operational capacity.
