Job Description
- Research, develop, and execute lead generation and branding campaigns on Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
- Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Conceptualize and create engaging content that builds a community and elevates our brand.
- Proactively test new ideas and messaging to find the strategies to connect with our audience.
- Set up tracking to monitor the performance of campaigns and traffic to landing pages and websites.
- Optimize website content and structure for SEO, while managing and executing SEM campaigns to improve search engine visibility and drive quality traffic.
- Collaborate with other divisions/teams to boost lead performance.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Willing to work from Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
- Hands-on experience with Meta ads, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of YouTube Studio and experience managing a team are a plus.
