Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and improving conversion rates through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across platforms including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, including content planning, community engagement, and trend adaptation.
- Oversee the development and performance of digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Optimize website performance and content for SEO and user experience.
- Analyze key metrics (e.g. traffic, engagement, conversions) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in managing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram and TikTok), including content strategy and advertising capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative and engaging digital campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
