Job Description
- Ensure the alignment of Ads strategy with the execution of the ads by the performance team.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly supervision of the performance team's performance.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly supervision of ongoing campaigns.
- Responsible for all projects, strategic decisions, and technical decisions (including their quality).
- Provide data-based insights to the company and clients regarding campaign performance and opportunities for further optimization.
- Understand the trends in digital marketing and digital marketing tools.
- Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing strategy implementation.
- Understand the target market and detailed information about the products being marketed.
- Lead and be responsible for the overall operational functions within the performance department.
- Ensure the performance team's progress aligns with the established timeline.
- Provide alternative solutions to any problems arising within the performance department.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Performance Marketer, Digital Marketing Leader, Digital Marketing Manager, or Digital Marketing Strategist
- Data-driven and attention to detail
- Possess good leadership and public speaking skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in digital marketing (advertising, copywriting, and landing page)
- Master digital marketing tools (Meta ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Good listening, presentation, and communication skills
- Flexible, agile, and collaborative
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to join immediately
- Willing to work onsite in Bandung
