Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote our IT consulting services and solutions.
  • Manage and optimize our company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized.
  • Execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive quality traffic to the website.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Manage and grow our company's social media presence, including content creation, posting, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Identify trends and insights from data to continuously optimize marketing efforts for better results.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation and sales goals.
  • Manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, to maximize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend innovative strategies.
  • Assist in planning and organizing virtual events, webinars, and workshops to showcase our expertise

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing roles, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Proficiency in website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and SEO tools.
  • Experience with social media management and advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track and measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content and multimedia assets.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of IT consulting services and technology trends is a plus.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are advantageous.
