Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Pensieve, you will play a crucial role in driving our online presence and promoting our company across various digital channels. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, optimizing search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize SEM campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, to increase website traffic and conversions.
- Execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to our website.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for our social media platforms, fostering strong connections with our audience and increasing followers.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for Pensieve social media projects (Pensieve, Cauldron Talks, Farina Situmorang, and Project M).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize marketing opportunities. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEM/SEO principles and experience in executing successful campaigns. Proficiency in using social media platforms for marketing purposes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and in a team environment. Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Having a genuine interest in politics and possessing a good understanding of political dynamics and current affairs.
