Job Description
- Create and manage digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals, including setting objectives, target audiences, and KPIs.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences, behaviors, and creative references.
- Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates on websites, landing pages, marketplaces, and social media.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, presenting strategies and results, and managing expectations.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and manage SEM campaigns.
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in Digital Marketing
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, SEM, and Email Marketing.
- Familiarity with brand monitoring tools like Brand24.
- Expertise in using Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or other relevant platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Skill in using Looker Studio for creating visual reports and dashboards.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar editing software for creating visual content.
- Proficiency in Google Slides for delivering data-driven presentations.
- Ability to identify and leverage emerging trends and platform updates.
- Evaluating the performance of creative content and providing insights for future strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills for collaborating with creative teams, strategists, and clients.
