Digital Marketing Manager (Bali)

The role 

Are you a wiz on the gram? Are you super creative and can generate ideas for engaging content on the daily? Our ideal person has a mix of creative, marketing and sales capabilities who will ensure our online marketing and social media is always up to date with our products, services and promotions, in addition to searching out sales opportunities to increase our customer base. 

Duties and responsibilities 

• Develop online and social media campaigns that align with our marketing strategy 
• Craft engaging content ideas and collaborate with our graphic designer to bring it to life 
• Gain required approvals and update/post content across all of our platforms 
• Use our social media marketing tools to engage with customers and followers 
• Set objectives, monitor campaign and post-performance and create reports 
• Establish relationships with social media influencers and develop a strong network of supporters of our brand and products 
• Seek out opportunities to promote our products and services 
• Suggest and implement ideas to develop brand awareness 
• Keep an eye on social media trends 
• Stay up to date with our products, services, policies and systems
