Job Description
- Plan and execute a digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and conversion rates.
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (KPIs) for digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and optimize the company’s website for SEO and user experience.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality content that aligns with brand messaging.
- Oversee the creation and execution of paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity and the ability to develop engaging and innovative campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
