Job Description

  • Develop, oversee, and implement high-impact performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth, including paid search, display, social, and programmatic campaigns.
  • Efficiently manage awareness campaigns in the digital space such as influencer marketing and online advertorial placements in collaboration with product marketing and creative teams
  • Optimize digital marketing campaigns for ROI through data analysis, A/B testing (experiments), and advanced targeting strategies
  • Lead the high-level strategy of search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives to enhance organic visibility, traffic, and rankings
  • Lead the high-level strategy of app store optimization (ASO) strategies to increase app visibility, downloads, and conversion rates on app stores
  • Lead the high-level strategy of CRM initiatives to improve activation rate, customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value through segmentation, targeted campaigns, and personalized messaging
  • Efficiently manage and integrate a wide array of digital marketing tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, attribution platforms (e.g. Appsflyer), CRM systems (Moengage, Salesforce, HubSpot), email marketing platforms, and other marketing automation software
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of performance marketing, SEO, and CRM specialists fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering, sales, etc.) to ensure alignment on goals and objectives, and drive the successful execution of digital marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing Performance Marketing channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, Twitter Ads, Programmatic and Ad Networks
  • Have experience in creating integrated digital marketing campaigns to deliver the main marketing messages in a unified manner together with core marketing teams
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis, marketing attribution, and performance measurement
  • Extensive experience in managing marketing tech stacks (e.g., Google Analytics, Appsflyer, SEMrush, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms)
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage teams and lead complex digital marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in high-growth industries, including tech, SaaS, or eCommerce
  • Proficiency in using SQL to extract data from databases for analysis purposes (PostgreSQL, BigQuery, etc) is a plus
  • Proficiency in creating monitoring dashboards in tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, etc is a plus
