Job Description

Website Design & Development

Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites.
Optimize website performance, speed, and security.
Implement UX/UI best practices to improve user experience.
Manage website updates, hosting, and troubleshooting.
Integrate third-party tools, analytics, and CRM systems.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headers, content structure).
Implement technical SEO strategies (schema markup, site speed, indexing).
Develop backlink strategies and monitor domain authority.
Track and report on SEO performance metrics using analytics tools.

Social Media Management

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging content.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow audience.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
Run paid social media advertising campaigns when needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Fresh Garduates are welcome to apply.
2+ years of experience in web development and digital marketing.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms (Preferably WIX).
Strong understanding of SEO practices and tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
