Job Description
- Create and manage content for company social media, emails, and other forms of digital communication
- Maintain all e-commerce channel and generate vision and strategy for achieving corporate sales and conversion goals
- Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
- Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in BRIK’s marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business. preferably from eCommerce or social media background
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, ecommerce and best practices
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals and social media
- Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce and social media space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
- Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
- Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- BSC degree in Marketing or relevant field.
