Job Description
- Serve as primary liaison between company and clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client needs and goals
- Ensure company products/services align with client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to retain and expand accounts
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management or a related client-facing role. Agency background will be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, client relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
- Understanding of all digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc) and its relevant media metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft software (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and presentation skills
- Other digital tools knowledge may be a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
