Job Description
- Develop and execute integrated digital and media strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Lead and manage the digital & media team, ensuring effective collaboration and execution.
- Oversee advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage social media platforms, e-commerce strategies, and SEO/SEM efforts to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure media alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, optimizing strategies for better ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in consumer goods industry.
- Expertise in both digital and traditional media strategies.
- Hands-on experience in advertising, social media, e-commerce, SEO/SEM, and digital planning.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to measure campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
