- Optimize ad performance within budget, continuously refining strategies.
- Analyze target audiences to tailor campaigns for maximum engagement and conversion.
- Present monthly reports with detailed campaign performance analysis.
- Ensure ad campaigns align with lead generation and branding goals.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager for cohesive strategies.
- Incorporate SEO/SEM to enhance digital ads.
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in digital ads, SEO, and SEM.
- Proven ability to plan and optimize multi-platform ad campaigns.
- Strong skills in content strategy, audience analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent teamwork and English communication skills.
- Portfolio required.
