Job Description
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance.
- Analyze campaign results and prepare reports.
- Manage advertising budget efficiently.
- Work with the creative team to improve ad content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and relevant
- Min 1-3 years of experience in Performance Ads
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee Ads
- Basic understanding of digital advertising metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, ROI).
- Able to analyze campaign performance.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn new advertising trends.
