Job Description:
- Responsible for driving paid acquisition growth by optimizing ad spend (CAC) and maximizing ROAS across digital platforms
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance (conversion, CTR, ROAS, etc.) to improve effectiveness
- Develop campaign strategies focused on conversion and revenue growth
- Create and optimize persuasive ad copy to enhance campaign performance
- Monitor and manage tracking systems (including CPAS) to ensure data accuracy
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Strong copywriting skills for ad content
- Understanding of technical tracking (including CPAS)
Soft Skills:
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze campaign data and performance metrics
- Agility & Flexibility: Able to manage multiple platforms and brands dynamically
- Commercial Awareness: Understands that campaigns should be driven by revenue, not just awareness
