Job Description
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery in R&D environments.
- Collaborate with engineering and research teams to ensure infrastructure meets development and prototyping needs.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and deployment reliability.
- Integrate infrastructure as code and DevSecOps Practices into the R&D workflow.
- Troubleshoot build/deployment failures and optimize pipelines for efficiency and speed.
- Support the scalability and reliability of environments used in research and product development.
- Work closely with the IT Infrastructure and Platform Manager to align infrastructure automation strategies with overall R&D team goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure management, or site reliability engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab), container deployment tools (Helm, Dokploy), and application lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Promtail, Loki, Gatus) and distributed tracing solutions (APM, New Relic, Elasticsearch).
- Experience with virtualization platforms (Proxmox) and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Understanding of container security principles and zero trust networking.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.
- Good collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in dynamic environments.
