Job Description

- Analyze the gap between development and operations teams in software development to develop effective solutions.
- Streamline the development operation cycle (development, integration, delivery, testing, deployment, monitoring) to shorten the system development life cycle and enhance performance.
- Manage and maintain cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and on-premises environments to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Foster strong relationships and collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve operational excellence in the training delivery process.
- Create and analyze traffic service reports (errors, performance, etc.), progress reports, and ad-hoc reports for development evaluation.
- Ensure applications and services are launched and integrated according to standards through Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) implementation.
- Encourage continuous improvement and innovation by evaluating development operations to achieve better results.
- Apply self-leadership in managing daily tasks and promote good cooperation between teams and departments.
- Implement corporate cultural values to create a supportive work environment for the team.
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Development Operations.
- Strong understanding of Development Operations and Microservices Architecture.
- Proficient with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Git, and Bitbucket.
- Experienced with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Skilled in programming languages such as Python and Java.
