Job Description
- Support deploy product updates and fixes
- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
- Develop functional solutions to achieve DevOps Goals
- Develop scripts to automate processes and visualization
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
- Have DevOps or relevant field certification or experience
- Proficient with git and git workflows
- Understand about DevOps Fundamental objective & Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Have knowledge about containerize technology (docker, kubernetes, etc)
- Have knowledge for automation or CI/CD technology like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Gitops (Argo, Flux), Tekton, etc.
- Good knowledge for any programming language (Python, Go, PHP, or etc)
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL
