Job Description
- Distribute and monitor the agents assigned accounts
- Review collection activities including customer contacts, PTP, call attempt, duration, and WhatsApp usage
- Team management, including motivating the agents
- Help the agents to solve problems
- Review the agents performance
Requirements
- 1 year experience as Collection Team Leader for legal fintech company
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any field
- Able to work under pressure and target oriented
- Possess a valid AFPI Supervisory Certification
- Ready ASAP
