Job Description
- Handle process and coordination with customer
- Handle customer automotive loan and have methodology for them
- Checking customer invoices that are due or may have already passed the specified due date
- Preparing data on receivables that have been paid by customers.
- Contacting or collecting from customers who have overdue payments past the specified due date.
- Processing customer invoice data that is approaching the visit or collection schedule.
- Preparing periodic reports for management, which must be accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
- At least have 1 years experience in Desk Collection
- Good understanding Desk Collection Process and good Coordination with one department and other department
- Good understanding of customer automotive loan and desk collection methodology
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Able to operate computer and Ms Office
- Able to adapt new technology in work
- Can join ASAP
