- Support the Chief Accounting Officer in managing end-to-end accounting and financial reporting activities.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage tax reporting and statutory compliance, including VAT and withholding tax submissions.
- Coordinate audit preparation and liaise with internal and external auditors.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance procedures.
- Work closely with SAP administrators and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and system effectiveness.
- Lead and develop the accounting team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance accounting efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Support ad-hoc projects related to accounting, compliance, and finance transformation.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA/CA certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 7–8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience using SAP ERP systems.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, month-end closing, tax compliance, and audit preparation.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale financial data with a high level of accuracy and data integrity.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK/IFRS, Indonesian tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
