Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Gather data from various sources, both internal and external, to understand factors affecting demand, such as promotions, production delays, vendor updates, etc.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and brand teams to understand demand forecast drivers.
- Analyze historical sales trends, stock, and other data statistics to create a forecast model.
- Use the model to predict future demand.
- Develop regular demand requests tailored to the business unit or channel needs.
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational and business goals.
- Review and improve the accuracy of demand forecasts and requests, proposing solutions for enhancement.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within the service level agreement.
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Statistics.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Demand Planning or PPIC field.
- Experience in FMCG Company is a plus.
- Proficient in Forecasting, Inventory Management, Data Analysis, and Statistics Tools (SPSS).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP).
