Job Description
- Analyze sales, inventory, and market data to develop accurate demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Brand, and Supply Chain teams to align demand planning assumptions.
- Create and maintain demand forecasts to support inventory availability and business growth.
- Monitor stock levels and recommend replenishment plans to optimize inventoy.
- Support new product launches (NPD) through demand and inventory planning.
- Track forecast accuracy, identify gaps, and implement improvement actions.
- Prepare demand planning reports and insights for business decision-making.
- Ensure planning activities are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, or PPIC.Experience in FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Goods industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory management, and data analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiar with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
