Job Description

  1. Deeply understand the company's overall business and build a company-level data warehouse
  2. According to the data warehouse development specifications, build a general and flexible data mart wide table to ensure data accuracy
  3. Work closely with the analysis team and business department to deeply understand and efficiently support business needs and provide high-quality data services
  4. Promote the construction of data systems such as data governance, metadata construction, indicator management, and user tags in the data warehouse
  5. Ensure the maintenance of the SLA of various data indicators in the data warehouse, optimize online task performance, and troubleshoot oncall

Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree in Computer-related major
  2. At least 2 years of experience as Data Warehouse Engineer
  3. Familiar with the data warehouse construction life cycle, process specifications, and master dimensional modeling theory, and have practical project development experience;
  4. Familiar with Java/Python programming, familiar with the use of mainstream big data components, such as Hive, Flink, Spark, etc.
  5. Experience in large-scale and standardized data warehouse development is preferred, and experience in data warehouse development in the Internet finance industry is preferred;
  6. Great enthusiasm for data development technology, strong enthusiasm for learning new technologies, and embrace change
  7. Excellent understanding and communication skills, can quickly understand the business background, be sensitive to data, advocate data speaking, and believe in the value of data in driving business and supporting decision-making
