Job Description:
- Responsible for Preparing data before training and make sure the data needed is in accordance with the interview
- Build and maintain close relationship with customers
- Provide information to customers regarding products and limitations
- Provide support needed during onboarding
- Document potential system and process enhancement recommendations based on customer feedback
- Perform related duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualification:
- Min Education Bachelor/Diploma or equal
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience as Customer Support, Data Support, or related position, previous working experience from e-commerce is an advantage
- Good experience and understanding of using MySQL Database, SQL, or other database tools is required for this position
- Proven ability to juggle multiple customer / account management issue at once time, while still maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Possess capacity to work well within a team
- Possess natural problem solver and analytical thinking set
