Job Description
- Analyze large amounts of data, design and build various Machine Learning/Deep Learning solutions to improve the business performance of the whole Lippo Group ecosystem utilizing Pyspark, Scala, R, SQL and Hadoop technology stack (Apache Spark, Hive, Druid, Airflow, etc)
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Architects to operationalize/productionize the models
- Meet the business partners (Lippo subsidiaries) to solve real world business problems using data and propose solutions for effective decision making
Requirements
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Data Analytics, Data Science area (especially utilizing Big Data Technology) min. 5 years
- Solid understanding of Statistics/Machine Learning fundamentals and demonstrated experience in Python (Pyspark), Scala, and/or R
- Experience in querying SQL databases, e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL
- Familiar with Big Data platform (Hadoop) and some Big Data stacks, such as Hive, Spark, Druid, Airflow
- Experience in deploying Machine Learning models, .e.g. using FastAPI, Flask, Git, Airflow, etc.
- Experience in retail and/or banking industry is a plus
- Expreience in Machine Learning Operation Framework, such as MLFlow is a plus
- A team player, willing to share ideas and collaborate together
