Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technology partners, and clients to identify, evaluate, and leverage business opportunities using data-driven insights.
- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Perform data mining and advanced analytics on client databases to support business use cases, addressing specific client needs and strategic opportunities.
- Assess and integrate new data sources and techniques to enhance solution effectiveness.
- Develop and deploy advanced data models, algorithms, and scoring engines to meet business objectives, working closely with industry experts.
- Utilize predictive modeling and machine learning to optimize business outcomes, solving client pain points and supporting strategic initiatives.
- Establish and oversee the company’s A/B testing framework to measure and refine model performance.
- Design and implement tools and processes for ongoing monitoring, analysis, and improvement of model accuracy and data quality.
- Work with software engineers to build and maintain scalable, reliable data infrastructure that supports analytics needs and future growth.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in Data Science, with proven leadership or mentoring abilities.
- Master’s, or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a relevant field from Top University.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering data-driven solutions to business challenges.
- Proficiency in machine learning concepts, statistical methodologies, and programming languages such as Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models in production and building scalable data platforms, including data pipelining, processing, and warehousing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective presentation, collaboration and team leadership.
- Commitment to continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies and data science practices.
