Job Description
- Data Entry and Updates: Accurately enter and update various types of data into the company’s system or database based on the AlloFresh application.
- Data Verification: Review and verify data accuracy before entry to ensure completeness and consistency.
- Data Retrieval: Assist in retrieving data needed for reporting and analysis.
- Document Management: Organize and manage both physical and digital records of the entered data.
- Compliance: Ensure data entry aligns with company policies and regulations related to data privacy and security.
Requirements
- Final-year students or fresh graduates from any major are welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in data-related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and other data entry software.
- Having a personal device, such as a well-functioning laptop or smartphone, to effectively support work requirements.
- Knowledge of database systems (e.g., Excel) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and efficient in task completion.
- Able to work with targets and deadlines.
- Willing to work fully remote and able to show strong commitment.
