Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the data transformation strategy across business domains (sales, finance, production, SCM).
- Align data initiatives with enterprise architecture, data governance, and analytics strategy.
- Establish and enforce data modeling, ETL/ELT standards, and documentation practices.
- Ensure reusability, scalability, and maintainability of data solutions.
- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and availability for analytics.
- Collaborate with functional data to understand domain-specific requirements.
- Drive performance optimization and standardization of data processing practices.
- Coordinate delivery across technical teams and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Work Experience
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in data roles engineering, data management, or analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end data transformation projects, including the design and maintenance of ETL pipelines across complex data environments.
- Strong track record of working with cross-functional teams, aligning technical solutions with business needs, and ensuring adherence to data governance and quality standards.
- Hands-on experience with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, SAP BW/HANA, Oracle, SQL Server), ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, DBT), and familiarity with cloud data ecosystems is preferred.
- Experience in BI Tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense is a plus.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced database management.
- Extensive knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Advanced experience with data modeling and data visualization techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python is advantageous.

- Professional Development: Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest BI trends and technologies.
- Profiency in English Language (both written and spoken).
