About The Role
We are a fast growing parenting company in Indonesia with multiple product lines ranging from nutrition, personal care and intellectual property. Data is at the core of our decision making, and we are looking for a Data Engineer to ensure our data pipelines are robust, automated, and scalable. This role is critical to give every team reliable data, to act fast and grow.
What You’ll Own
- Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines for omnichannel sources
- Design and optimize data warehouse models for performance, cost efficiency, and scalability
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated recovery to ensure pipeline reliability
- Ensure data integrity and quality through validation, documentation, and version control
- Partner closely with BI analysts and business teams to make sure data meets real-world needs
What Success Looks Like (6–12 months)
- Maintain pipeline success rate with automated alerts and retries in place
- All omnichannel sources consolidated into version-controlled, documented pipelines
- Reduce manual intervention through automation of scheduling, monitoring, and error handling
- Consistent, trusted data available for dashboards, reporting, and advanced analytics
Requirements
You’re a Fit If
- You have minimum 3 years of working experience as a Data Engineer, preferably from omnichannel business background
- Fluent in Python and SQL, familiar with data warehouse environments (e.g. Google BigQuery)
- Strong proficiency of data pipeline, data transformation, pipeline monitoring, and orchestration
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, Mage.AI, AWS for deploying and managing data pipelines
- Experience in Git for code versioning, collaboration, and best practices in development workflows
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy
- You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and adapt quickly to new challenges
- You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
