Job Description
- Monitor daily server performance and ensure optimal operation
- Maintain a controlled environment for servers
- Troubleshoot network and server issues efficiently
- Manage and track hardware inventory
- Implement and uphold security policies to protect data integrity
- Visit customers' data centers to provide on-site support
Requirements
- Min. SMK in Informatics, Computer Science, Electrical, or related fields
- Experienced in troubleshooting network and hardware issues
- Knowledgeable in monitors, switches, routers, and other technical equipment
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
- Experience with operating system issue resolution is a plus
- Willing to be based in Jakarta and open to business trips if needed
- Ready to stand by 24/7 for any urgent requests
