Job Description

- Coordinate cross-functional teams or business units to ensure projects are delivered on time and with quality, including project follow-up and meeting schedule coordination.
- Conduct research and gather information to support data-driven decision-making, including market outlook, trends, competitor analysis, and other relevant business insights.
- Collect and analyze data to develop business reports and aid in the decision-making process for business or management.
- Maintain good relationships and collaborate with internal and external parties to achieve operational and business goals.
- Follow up on operational project improvements with the district manager.
- Create reports on research results, project processes, and performance management for evaluation and improvement.
- Fulfill all administrative requirements for strategy management operations to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Industrial Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in Strategy Management or Project Management. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good knowledge of Performance Management.
- Proficiency in Project Management.
- Strong Data Analysis skills.
