Job Description

AI Agent & LLM Research & Development: Research, evaluate, and experiment with various LLM architectures and AI agent frameworks to identify optimal in-house solutions for specific company use cases.
Data Pipeline & Architecture for AI: Design, build, and optimize robust data pipelines and data architectures specifically for ingesting, processing, and preparing large volumes of company data for LLM training and fine-tuning.
In-house AI Training & Development: Develop, train, and fine-tune proprietary LLM-based AI agents using our internal datasets, ensuring model accuracy, relevance, and performance.
Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with existing Data, IT Development, and Business Process Improvement teams to ensure seamless data integration, infrastructure readiness, and effective deployment of AI agents across the organization.
Deployment & Optimization: Implement and deploy developed AI agents into production environments, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and continuous optimization.
Monitoring & Maintenance: Establish monitoring mechanisms for AI agent performance, data quality, and system stability, conducting root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related role, with a proven track record in building and managing data pipelines.
Strong proficiency in programming languages essential for AI and data engineering (e.g., Python, SQL).
Demonstrated experience with data processing technologies
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and a solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agent concepts.
Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently on complex technical challenges and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
