Job Description
🎯 Job Purpose
Support the execution of courier retention programs and conduct data analysis on churn, productivity, and benefit program effectiveness, to ensure a stable and productive courier workforce.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect and process data on courier churn, attendance, performance, and satisfaction.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on retention and productivity.
2. Retention Program Support
- Assist in the execution of retention programs (incentives, benefits, rewards, engagement).
- Manage courier data administration related to programs (participants, benefits received, outcomes).
- Support courier satisfaction surveys and analyze the results.
3. Business Analyst Support
- Conduct basic analysis related to recruitment cost, productivity, and retention program effectiveness.
- Provide preliminary data-based recommendations to the supervisor/manager.
- Support the monitoring of courier operational KPIs (delivery success rate, drop per hour, etc.).
- Coordinate with Recruitment and Operations teams for data collection.
- Support communication to couriers regarding retention program information.
Requirements
📋 Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Statistics, Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates from the above backgrounds are welcome; preferably with 1–2 years of experience in logistics/e-commerce.
- Experience in data processing & reporting is a strong advantage.
Hard Skills
- Advanced Excel (pivot, lookup, text/date formulas, simple visualizations).
- Basic SQL / BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) is a plus.
- Data analysis on churn & productivity.
- Basic understanding of courier/logistics operations.
🎯 Expected KPI / Output
- Timely and accurate retention & churn reports (>95% accuracy).
- Well-documented retention program data.
- Assist in the execution of retention programs according to the timeline.
