Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Data Analyst Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and support organizational strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Cleaning: Collect data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness through data validation and error handling.
- Data Analysis: Apply statistical methods and analytical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and insights that support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Data Visualization: Develop and maintain visual dashboards, reports, and presentations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to communicate findings effectively.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and executive summaries to convey key insights and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, provide analytical support, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python or R, experience with SQL and Excel, and expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience: Previous experience, internships, or academic projects that demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are highly valued.
- Other Competencies: Strong attention to detail, logical reasoning, and effective communication skills.
