Job Description
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate accurate, actionable insights that support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis, and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions and analytical reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity while continuously improving reporting processes and analytical workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in a digital or startup company is an advantage.
