1.Pengumpulan & Pengolahan Data
Mengumpulkan, membersihkan, dan mengelola data interaksi dan ticket complaint
2. Analisis Data & Identifikasi Masalah
Menganalisis tren keluhan dan mencari akar penyebab masalah.
3. Pelaporan & Visualisasi Data
Membuat dashboard, grafik, dan laporan untuk manajemen.
4. Pengembangan Strategi Perbaikan
Memberikan rekomendasi berbasis data untuk meningkatkan layanan.
5. Otomatisasi & Efisiensi Proses
Menggunakan tools (SQL, Python, Power BI) untuk analisis cepat & efisien.
Requirements

* Usia Maks 35 tahun
* Paham Menggunakan aplikasi SQL, Python, Power BI
* Pendidikan Min D3
* Mampu melakukan Analisa data dan pembuatan dashboard
* Mampu memberikan rekomendasi yang berbasis data
* Bersedia ditempatkan di Jakarta
