Job Description
- Predict the future using statistical modelling.
- Use predictive analysis to understand client behavior and help tailor our treatments to each client’s needs.
- Design, generate and maintain regular reports to monitor pilots and customer segmentation performance.
- Prepare ad-hoc report and presentation slides of collection business performance for management and shareholders.
- Identify trends in data, highlighting possible issues and opportunities, and provide ideas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data processing rules and information security standards.
- Optimize SQL queries.
- Proactively pursue automation of collection processes.
Requirements
- STEM University degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process data, identify & analyse trends and create insights.
- Experience with Excel, PowerBI or another analytical tool is an advantage.
- Agile and extensive willingness to learn.
- Organizational skills.
- Fluent English.
