Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based at PT Adis Dimension Footwear in Balaraja, Tangerang. The role is responsible for managing customs activities while ensuring full compliance with customs regulations. As a leader, this position also oversees team performance, manpower and training planning, regulatory compliance reviews, and accurate daily and monthly stock mutation reporting to support audit readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in export-import, customs, customs clearance, or trade compliance, and a minimum of 2 years of experience leading a team
- Must hold a valid Sertifikasi Ahli Kepabeanan
- Good understanding of customs regulations, export-import procedures, licenses, customs clearance, shipment processes, and customs documentation
- Familiarity with and understanding of IT Inventory management, including daily and monthly stock mutation monitoring
- Strong leadership, teamwork, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented, with a strong compliance mindset and a high focus on data accuracy
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with internal parties, Customs Authority, and other related external parties
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Strong HSE awareness and willingness to comply with factory safety standards
- Open to qualified candidates with disabilities
- Willing to be placed in Balaraja, Tangerang

Our company is located on Jalan Raya Serang KM 24, Balaraja, Tangerang, about 38 km (24 miles) from the capital city of Jakarta. We started our first production in March 1990, and all of our products are exported to several countries, including Belgium, Japan, China, USA, and Argentina. We proudly produce three major shoe categories: Nike Young Athletes (YA), Nike Sportswear (NSW), and Nike Tennis.
We work professionally in accordance with world-class standards, including ISO:14001 and OHSAS:18001, to maintain strong performance in our Health, Safety, and Environment Management System. Due to our commitment to continually improving our company's HSE performance, we were awarded Zero Accident Company (2013) by the Government of Indonesia and also honoured with the Green Level of the "Program Penilaian Peringkat Kinerja Perusahaan (PROPER)" from Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia (2011–2012).
